Poppy Summer Wedding Inspiration

We recently rounded up a wonderful team of wedding professionals for a bright, poppy wedding inspiration shoot at The Hendry House, a gorgeous restored 20th century mansion at Fort C.F. Smith Park in Arlington, Virginia. We hoped to show couples that you can create a beautiful, simple look while using local farmer’s market flowers and simple details. We made the centerpiece interactive for our guests by featuring a refreshing grapefruit sangria, which is not only is it a beautiful pop of color sitting up on that cake pedestal, it’s delicious too! The summer inspiration continued with fresh seasonal strawberries and peaches in our shortcake dessert bar, airy floral arrangements, and a bride in two elegant yet casually styled gowns.
